To change the VAT or TAX rate in Shop Manager pro please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your admin control panel as normal
2. Click the 'Settings' button at the very top of the screen and select 'Tax Settings' from the drop down menu
3. This will show you your list of Tax settings
4. Click 'Edit' next to the tax setting you wish to change
5. Change the tax rate as required and click the 'Save' button
