To change the VAT or TAX rate in Roman Cart follow these simple steps:

1. Goto www.romancart.com
2. Click the 'Existing Users Login Here' button on the left of the screen
3. Enter your Store ID, User name and Password. If you do not know these, please email info@watersidedesigns.net
4. Once you have logged in you will see the main menu. Click the button next to 'Configure Cart'
5. Click the button next to 'Set Tax Options'
6. Here you will see the current VAT/Tax rate. Change this value and click the 'Save Changes' button
